Abdullah, yes its production and we know we need to design the workflow such that it reaches the admin and he should be able to modify and correct the issue.
We are trying to change the workflow in DEV, but our case is that client needs only one step workflow process - like same person who creates material needs to activate it!
so my first step in workflow is
00 (Processing) | 2 | 91 (Activation) | 02 (Changes to Be Executed) |
during the activation step, we check if its =31(success) or <> 31(failure). and ending the workflow.
Is there any better step to handle the activation failure case. please note that client do not want 'approve' or 'activate' buttons in the UI.

One question, is if i delete the CR will it delete the temporary record in the staging table? Also in production, user wants the same material number to be created, so deleting will be our last try.
USMD_DELETE_CREQUEST is the report which we use temporarily
Cherry, In our case it is not authorization and approval process is not which the client required.
any hints will be highly appreciated.
