Thank you very much for the response.
Yes we did modify our worklfow such that the activation failure cases will go to a user having access to business workflow. but as i told you client do not want these buttons like activate/ reject..
but the prob here is - we are not sure if client will agree that the user who is creating the material cannot activate it anymore! it should be redirected to some admin user to complete the process.
so we need to convince them.
