Hi Abdullah,

I am trying to configure Rule-Based Workflow and i got the below error "No Active version found for RES_T_DT_USER_AGT_GRP_CUST1_1 with timestamp 26.02.2014 11:38:02".

I have assigned BRF+ workflow template to CR type - CUST1P1 and also created steps under "Define Change Request Steps for Rule-Based workflow".

Please advise how to rectify that error?
