I finally found the download/upload files again I must have used to create/load the simple 2 level MDG hierarchy. Please see corresponding screenshots below which I pasted in as pictures in my reply. I hope you can read them (you might need to enlarge them with another application). If not I can send them to you as well by e-mail on request. This should help you or at least give you an idea how the load files should look like. Please award me some points if my answer was helpful to you
